TickerStats

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

At TickerStats, accessible from ticker-stats.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TickerStats and how we use it.

We operate on a strict Data Minimalism Principle. Because we do not require accounts, logins, or payment details, we do not collect or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on our servers.

No Registrations

No signups, passwords, or profile tracking are integrated anywhere on this platform.

Zero Analytics PII

Web analytics are fully anonymised. We track aggregate page counts, not personal identities.

Cookie Safeguards

Only essential functional cookies are used (e.g. Supabase session tokens if necessary).

1. Log Files

TickerStats follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

2. Third-Party Services

Our application uses client-side fetch calls to query public financial APIs and endpoints (such as CoinGecko or other global asset index feeds). When your browser requests this data, your IP address is visible to these third-party providers in accordance with standard web HTTP architectures. TickerStats has no control over, nor access to, the server logs generated by these providers. We recommend reading their respective privacy policies for more information.

3. CCPA and GDPR Privacy Rights

Under CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), users have rights to request data access, deletion, and rectification. Because we do not collect any user data, we cannot fulfill deletion or access requests because there is simply zero user data stored on our servers. You remain 100% anonymous at all times while browsing our data analytics platform.

4. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. TickerStats does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
